Um, I'm May Chang, a lot of you don't know me but I have a question for you. What do you do if your crush is ,well, a lot older than you - and bigger than you. Not only that but it's a big hard for you to talk to them too. [She's talking about her panda's crush on Panda, but it seemed rude to give away names over a open network.]

[Age] Thirteen ; estimated. Her age isn't mentioned in the anime or the manga, but thirteen seems to be the appropriate age to put her at.
