Backtagging: Encouraged~ I love back-tagging and have no problem with it at all~
Threadhopping: Mhm! No problem here either, just make sure it's fine with the other mun.
Fourthwalling: Uuuh, depends on the severity. Simple things I don't mind, extensive things on the other hand I'd rather be asked first.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'd have be asked first for this, kay thanks~

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: Go ahead, she might be doing her fair amount of glomping so it all works out~
Kissing this character: Umm, let's keep it to the cheek. You're probably going to get bitten badly by a panda if you do this though.
Flirting with this character: No problems here! Just remember to keep her age in mind and that somethings might float right over her head.
Fighting with this character: No problems, though do give me a slight heads-up first?
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Small injuries are always fine without a heads-up. Though after that, I'd at least like to know it's coming. Injuries up to what she gets in the canon is what I'm fine with. (Getting knocked out, along with multiple cuts and most likely broken bones.)
Killing this character: Um, for plot reasons only. Along with having this planned in advance and I totally know about it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Suuure~ Go right ahead.
